Missing Lines and Spaces on the Cleff

I have just installed the software on my Windows XP machine. It seams that everything installed fine, but I am missing the bars and lines of the staff. I installed the tuxguitar-1.1-windows-x86-installer version after I updated the Java runtime software. Can anyone help me with this problem?

go to Tools -> Settings, and on "Styles" option.. configure the "Horizontal Lines Color". try select black or any other dark color.
