Crashing Sound when moving mouse

It's weird, when I move my mouse, or click on another instrument, sometimes I get this huge and dominating thunder crash sound. Is my CPU getting slammed? I am on Umbuntu Linux and remember that when I had Guitar Pro on windows, it would sometimes crush my cpu and sound crunchy.

I think it's something about your system configuration.. at first we need to know what MIDI device are you using?? ( then how is it configured ) And, you are running with pulseaudio.. right ?
