Hello!
Is it posible to make on one beat different duration notes?

Yes. that is possible using the two different "voices" in Tuxguitar. Each voice is independent of the other voice. Each voice can have a note on the same beat in a measure and the notes can have different durations.
Since there is only two voices you cannot have 3 notes with different durations one the same beat.

voices are already actived.. as default you are using voice 1.
go to edit menu, and you can select voice 2.
or by shortcuts.. "Ctrl + 1" (voice 1) "Ctrl + 2" (voice 2)
