I showed my music teacher I piano piece I made on Tuxguitar, but of course it appeared odd to her because it was only in one cleft, I was wondering if there was currently any way to print a file off in both clefts like a real piano sheet would have?

There is no good piano support..you could export the file to MIDI, and open it in a score editor instead.
