So, I import a MIDI right? The percussion is a track, blah blah blah. I can't place notes in a percussion track. How can I? And after that, what note's what instrument?

Go to View -> Show matrix. Use it to put notes (At the left you can see list of percussion instruments if percussion track is selected)
