No I dont have a dual screen.

I have a Widescreen though. I can't imagine what this would be like on a standard monitor.

sorry for posting in this old thread but i have the same problem on a widescreen display.
it seems that the tab width would fit in 4:3 dualscreen setup.

well i have a dualscreen setup with a smaller 4:3 display as second monitor. but when i have the tuxguitar window on this display everything fits just fine.

using ubuntu 10.10
no problems on win7

Click on View at the top of the screen - do you have "Linear Layout" selected?

Linear Layout is horizontal scrolling.

Page Layout is vertical scrolling.

it is pagelayout. the problem only appears on the widescreen.

here are some screenshots

just tested something with the screen positions because the widescreen has an offset to the normal one for its 0:0 coordinate (+1280+0) in the twinview setup. but making the widescreens 0:0 the actual 0:0 doesn't help. and the offset doesn't break anything on the 4:3 screen.

same problem here with dual screen. the page layout is way too wide, I would have to extend the window to both screens... any chance this will be fixed?
