copy/paste measures options are at "Measure" menu..
or you have shortcuts "Ctrl + C" "Ctrl + V"
There is no "Cut" option.. but you can copy, and delete it.
But.. if you "missed" a measure.. maybe you only need to "insert" a new measure at X position instead of copy/paste..
See on Measure menu, the add measure option.
