Hello,
the default Key Bindings file created, not OS depends..
Action names was changed, to get a better order in keybinding editor... maybe you have an old "0.8" config, and tuxguitar don't make the default file again...
try go to your personal folder and remove ".tuxguitar/"..
then when you launch tuxguitar, al default config will be created.
