Subject Convert to .gp5   Post Reply Post New Topic

I was wondering how i might convert a tuxguitar file that i made to a guitar pro file so that i can submit the tab to a website? I like tuxguitar better so i made it on that, but it only accepts .gp5 , .gp4 etc. if anyone has suggestions please post. thanks

You had to choose :
File ( Menu )-->
Save As-->
List: All Supported Formats --> Select Guitar Pro 5 -->
Save

There is a known swt bug on this file dialog...
you can select "Guitar Pro 5" at this window.. but if you don't add ".gp5" at the end of the file name, the application will don't change the format.
