I tried a simple track and exported to lilypond. It looked good except the title and composer information didn't print when compiled with lilypond 2.12.2. It looks to me as if the problem is that the header stanza was enclosed in the score and moving it out fixes the problem.

I have this exact same problem / same solution. I think there should be a globally defined header, no? It seems few people are experimenting this (judging by the almost non-existent threads on this issue).

I am using Ubuntu 10.04, amd64 with lilypond 2.12.3 and TuxGuitar 1.1.

Thanks!

Also, the "interpret" field found by pressing F5 in TuxGuitar is not exported anywhere in the lilypond source. It could be exported as a subtitle object (inside the header part).

Another great feature would be to give the user a variable to play with to adjust the Lilypond partition global sizing. This variable could be used globally in the Lilypond source by exporting a "#(set-global-staff-size $SIZE)" command at a global level in the source.

This would allow easy customization of the overall size of the part.

For the record, this problem is fixed in Tux Guitar 1.2.
