I dowload the program but I don't find the .dmg.
How install this program on mac osx ppc, please.

Hello,
you have a file called "tuxguitar" in the folder TuxGuitar-x.x-mac/
this file is a shell script..
well you need exec this script, (remember you need java installed in your system)

im not quite understanding that. i click on the shell script and it says that there is no application to open it. what do i do?

Hi,
mmm... look i never see a MacOs, y only see tuxguitar running on mac by screenshots :p..
i ask who make the mac scritp.. he say me he can't open doing 2 click...
he run tuxguitar on a Terminal:
$cd /home/xxx/where_is_tuxguitar_installed
$./tuxguitar
maybe will make a binary launcher written in C++

Hey
i cant find the progam to install guitartux for windows xp
in th readme file says:
INSTALL:
Extract TuxGuitar-*.tar.gz in your favorite location
$tar xfz TuxGuitar-*.tar.gz
$mv TuxGuitar-* /home/*/install_dir
RUN:
Run "tuxguitar" script.
$/home/*/install_dir/TuxGuitar-*/tuxguitar

please note that this topic talk about the mac version.
however you need to download windows version to make it run.
try this:
