i'll try to tell my question with other words,
tuxguitar is a tablature editor ( score edition, is a very simple feature, so there are things what you can't do ).
as a tablature editor, you will never able to add a note if the "string" tunning don't have that note.
as default, the tracks have the standard tunning: EADGBE
if you have that tunning, the application will not allow you to add a "D" note low than "E" on 6 string
to add a "D" note, so you must go to track properties and change the track tunning, and set the 6 string on "D3"
Then if you add "0" note on 6 string, you will see "D" note

Ok but I still have a problem: the tab under the score gets in the way. I cant write a D3 note because if I point the mouse there the 4th line under the classic 5 lines of the pentagram do not show because there are the tab lines there!
I dont know how to write on the tab as you suggest and I would also prefer to write on the score directly...how can I do this? Maybe it is a little bug, in fact this happens only if is the first low note I have to write! If I write an E3 before the D3 the tab lines shift down and so I have then the space to write a D3 as well! My problem is that D3 is the first note of the piece! How can I do?

that is a config option ( not available on settings dialog ) what you can manually modify if you want.
what OS do you have ??
if you have GNU/Linux, just edit the file (on a hidden folder):
/home/your_user/.tuxguitar-1.0-rc2/config.properties
and add:
score.min.score-tab-spacing=50
50 is a "pixel" number, you can set what you want.
as default that value is setted as 20 pixels.
