I have recently downloaded a Mac version of TuxGuitar.

Can anyone advise me please how I can obtain a hard copy of the user guidelines/ documentation for TuxGuitar?

Help files are pure HTML files located in ..tuxguitar/share/help folder. So you can just print them.
