These are my problems. Everytime I see Tuxguitar doubled. it is the cause for MIDI to be busy. Its doubled in the tray, not in the desktop. I tried to close one of them , but the other immediately closes . What should I do?

It is because you have "duplicated" plugins.
How did you get your tuxguitar package ?
There is something wrong on the classpath.
Try exec:
tuxguitar -i
I'm sure you have all plugins at classpath.
and they should be also inside [share_path]/plugins
So when you launch tuxguitar plugins are loaded twoice.

of course, when you click on "close" you are closing the application, not the icon itself.

david@linux-qjos:~> tuxguitar -i
/usr/bin/tuxguitar: line 142: /usr/lib/jvm/jre/jre/bin/java: No such file or directory
What does it mean?

Ok, i don't have idea what yast is :).
let me know.. "tuxguitar -i" don't worked, so
how do you run tuxguitar ??
do you have some menu entry ??
if yes, please look if the file exist:
/usr/share/applications/tuxguitar.desktop
if it exists please open it with any text editor and paste here the content of this file.
