Diego, if you have Debian/Ubuntu, the original post have a link to a howto get it from testing repositories.
Philipe ( rzr.online.. ) is the mantainer of the official package on Debian repositories. these snapshots are tests for next official debian version.
Now if you want SVN to build it yourself,
you should take a look here:

Well I would say, these snapshots are not related to official debian package, it just a build from current sources to test and find potential bugs before next release
BTW, Just updated a build now
About debian packaging,

Hi,
thanks for building the snapshot.
I have install the last tuxguitar-snapshot_0.0.0.0.20090110-0ubuntu0~rzr1 on ubuntu hardy.
But printing still not work.
any ideas?
