custom "without signature" editing mode

lorinc	Post: Feb 19th 2009 at 6:12 PM   Hi! An awsome feature would be an edition mode where there is no predefined time signature. That is: you put the notes one after another, then you add a bar and it automatically computes the time signature of the measure. Sometimes, you have the entire riff in your mind, but you don't know exactly how you want it to be split into measures. The only way to deal with that for now is a try and error approach which is very annoying (due to the fact that you have to rewritte all if you did a single miss). Is it easy to implement ? cheers! lorinc.

Anthony	Post: Feb 25th 2009 at 3:33 PM   How about a mode that ignores time signature, measures and bars all together, but allows you to define tempo and specify note durations. It is darn near impossible to tab out complicated licks that use off-beat timings when you've got to worry about fitting measures. This is especially frustrating when you're not even trying to tab out a song, just a single lick.
