request: track-shifting tool

Tonitrus	Post: Sep 2nd 2009 at 6:14 AM   I'm toying with a sequencer at the moment, and I have some drum samples, which naturally require me to break up drum tracks by instrument. This is kind of tedious. While doing this, it occured to me that it'd be really handy to have some sort of tool that lets you enter a range of notes and shift those notes to an empty track. Sort of like a partial copy that ignores everything except the notes specified.
