Hello!
I would like to ask for legality of recording drums section while it will play, for example using Audacity. I have guitar, but I need drums to record my music as mp3. Can I use those one from Tuxguitar? My music is only for me and friends, I'm not taking any money for it, and whole drums tabs I want to record, are made by my imagine =p
I've sent an email to TuxGuitar team, but didn't got any reply. It would be great if someone could give me a believable answer.

Yes it's legal from tuxguitar side (and it don't matters if you sell the produced files.. you are free ).
But if you also have third party products ( soundfont, vst, etc.. ), so you have to check that licenses too.. i mean, if you get a comercial VSTi to use with tuxguitar, so you have to read that third party license to check if it allows you or not to record the sounds.
