Is it possible to add a wiki so as to store all the devel ideas ?
With such a wiki, some helpful informations can be added like "where to find the related methods so as to add such a functionnality ?"

The documentation section is a wiki, everybody can create an account and add new pages.. so you could create the page..
Just say this URL:
http://www.tuxguitar.com.ar/tgwiki/doku.php?id=doc:development_ideas
then, we'll link it on the main page
